Am I missing something here? If I am, someone please email me and tell me. But, the shape of you and every person in America tells me I am not missing the boat at all. However, sometimes like today I sure feel someone in my industry and in the medical industry is really off the real issue, and not intending on getting back any time soon.
The big question I have is this, “With all the articles on the internet now, with all the
equipment, diets and gimmicks out there, why are you and America getting fatter,
more depressed and suffer from preventable diseases every day?”
Diabetes and Obesity are going to weigh down America until it breaks, not including
what the health care costs will be.
All the fitness people, doctor’s and so called experts (my peers) want and think they
should tell you how to count calories, what piece of equipment is better than the
other, and what diet plan is best. While these all are necessities, THEY ARE MISSING
THE BIGGER PROBLEM! God knows there are enough of programs out there.
Harder road, dodging a bullet, denial, pride, lazy maybe all the above are the
reasons, but the best way to help you is not with numbers charts, how much weight
or which exercise works best. THIS IS NOT WORKING PEOPLE, CAN’T YOU SEE?
The problem of the health of America lies in your approach. You are not exercising
for some reason. You lose your motivation two months into a workout plan, why?
This is behavioral not charts. Yes, it is the harder road, but the only road for you to
be successful. Until you realize this, until my peers realize this, you and everyone
else will continue down a path of depression, destruction and delusion.
Here are the five steps for a successful weight loss plan:
Determine HOW you are motivated
Determine the REASONS behind the unwanted behaviors
Develop a great support system
Eat for fuel not for taste
Keep being active
Quote:
While exercise and eating guidelines are based on good scientific principles, they do
not necessarily agree with human nature or common sense. Recent history tells us
that we are better off encouraging the mediocre people who are willing to include
exercise in their daily lives, rather than cramming guidelines down the majority of
those who want to fight the inevitable. In the end, keeping things simple and in a
supportive situation will keep everyone happy.

Time management is essential to managers and business people, it is clear that the average manager has to deal with many issues and that this is the world of cutthroat competition. When a businessman or a manager can not outpace a competitor they will always be the slowcoach of the success bandwagon. Time management skills are needed not only to confront and beat competition but also to provide a manager a better schedule and some quality time so she is more focused and relaxed when working, this is why time management skills have to be at its best. A good use of time management will automatically catapult you to the forefront of the rat race. Time management is an important and unavoidable corner of the total management quadrant.
Time management has shifted from the traditional management concepts to a more modern and up to date version of management with the rising consciousness about time management it has easily entered the sphere of total management. So if you lack in time management skills you will always lag behind in the high rising competition. Remember, procrastination is not going to help. Today’s manager does not have a lot of options, to manage time in a perfect way should also be an aspiration since it is clear that not using time optimally will cost a client, a market or a whole business.
Even if you are a big hot guy there are people who would be eyeing your position. They might be doing their best to overthrow you and jump into your chair. You can only keep them at bay if you learn to keep your time in binds. Plan your tasks, organize your work, set priorities and be firm on your goals. Follow your schedule regime but keep it flexible enough for unforeseen demands of time and you’ll see your hard work bring good benefits.
Good Time management ultimately means that you will have higher productivity and in a natural way you will also see a steady grow of your business. Time management can do wonders to your financial health, a wise time manage timetable will create a clear schedule to work by, and will allow you and your partners to perfect your working protocols and working methods. You will never have to lose a contract because you missed out on deadlines.
Time management is more like a general theory that you need to adopt, it does not mean that you have to go for doing everything you can possibly do in the shortest time available, but doing right things at the right time in right way, an orderly and well plan work plan and working methods. So doing things in the right way on its own enhances the quality of your work along with productivity. Both these factors lead to a cost benefit that is unsurpassable.
In the next article we will go in deeper into the way you should implement and practice time management, I hope that this information increased your knowledge of better time management.

Microsoft Business Solutions Great Plains, Solomon, Navision, Axapta, Microsoft CRM require existing customer to be on active service contract: enhancement program. Minimal maintenance plan gives you free new software version (however upgrade itself, if it is done by your MBS partner is not free). If you are outside of USA/Canada: Mexico, South America, UK, South Africa, France, Australia, New Zealand - you may have different promotion campaigns and might be not required to be on the service contract. In this article we assume that you are US/Canadian client.
• Can I get new licenses without being on the service contract? The answer is no - we tried to negotiate with MBS on behalf of midsize and large corporate clients, who are so-called orphans, or without support/service plan. Please, understand the rules of ERP application support. It is normal practice when large business ERP requires service plan. Microsoft Business Solutions in turn requires its MBS partners to pass multiple certification and quality assurance (QA) tests
• What is re-enrollment fee? Currently reenrollment fee is 35% of the software price list. From time to time you may catch re-enrollment promotion campaigns, the minimum known was 20% (September/October 2004). If you are on version eEnterprise 6.0 and skipped 4 annual payments (16%) and now in order to upgrade to Great Plains Professional 8.0 you pay 35% (which includes 16% enhancement plan for the next year), then your penalty is just 19% - I’d say go ahead and reenroll.
• Great Plains Standard vs. Professional. Great Plains Standard (or former Great Plains Dynamics) has certain limitations: number of users is capped at 10 and number of employees (US Payroll) is capped at 500. Great Plains Standard is available on MSDE and MS SQL Server
• New Modules Addition. The same rule applies - you have to be on enhancement program to get additional modules. So, if you need say Fixed Assets module and if you are without support - you need to reenroll in order to get FA module reg key.
• Customization Upgrade. If you need Great Plains Dexterity, Modifier/VBA, Continuum, eConnect. SQL Stored procs customization upgrade, you need to find MBS customization partner. As your customization was done by somebody else in the past (who probably is out of business now), we or the partner you select can not guarantee the upgradeability of your custom piece - we’ll try our best.
• Reports Upgrade. Good news - if you have Crystal Reports, working with Great Plains Dynamics/eEnterprise 6.0 - then upgrade should be simple, because table structure didn’t change - only minor changes were introduced.
• Switching to Great Plains. If you are considering Great Plains to be your ERP, we know successful implementations, customizations in the following industries: aerospace & defense, textile, non-profit, services, recruitment & placement, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, hospital & healthcare, transportations, distributions, logistics & supply chain management, education, government, beverages, jewelry, gold & mining.
Good luck and you can always seek our help in customization, implementation, integration and support. Call us: 1-866-528-0577 or 1-630-961-5918, help@albaspectrum.com
