NAR(r) Broker Will Swear It - Real Pro’ Agents Share It - FSBO “Truth”

Filed under: Realty Info — admin @ 11:11 pm

For posting the “Truth” on your website, some FSBO’s will not like you. These prospects would not have listed with you anyway. For Sale By Owners - that can receive sound advice - will appreciate your courage, celebrating by having listed their home with you.

Sometimes, the “Truth” hurts. Yet, being ripped off, raped, or even worse - hurts a whole lot more. Ask any police officer if home sellers should open their doors wide to strangers. Better yet, inquire how frequently FSBOs cry to law enforcement after being robbed, assaulted, or otherwise endangered by persons masquerading as home buyers.

Since many agents - in an attempt to appear professional - resist telling prospects the whole, atrocious truth, all too many FSBOs are not properly informed of the very real risks they are taking. In an effort to put safety of others ahead of a personal profit motive, you can rest assured that you - a true “Professional” - have done the right thing.

It is absolutely the owner’s right to sell their own home - without the assistance of a real estate agent. Yet, more often than not, the dominant marital partner says, “We can sell our home ourselves, Honey, without paying any real estate commissions. We will need those extra dollars ourselves for when we move.”

No thought of the danger is realistically acknowledged.

Rather, the man says, “I’ll go get the For Sale By Owner sign. You write the ad for the newspaper. We will save thousands by selling this way!”

His compliant, even if apprehensive, companion places the advertising, is supposed to field the phone, make appointments for - supposedly interested - home buying prospects to come view the “For Sale” property. She wants to be certain that her husband is home - with her - when people come to see their home. If that is not always possible, she likely has enough of an awareness of inherent evil lurking about that she will try see to it a friend is.

Soon, the parade of the unqualified begins. These are the curious “Lookie-Lews.” People arrive into the FSBO’s home, eager for their own reasons, not all of which are honorable. For thieves, it is a “Free-for-all.” For shrewd real buyers, “It’s Bonanza!” Unfortunately, “Little Joe” Cartwright isn’t there to protect the homesteader’s interests.

Every year, dozens of real estate agents are abducted, robbed, raped, and murdered. The NAR®, National Association of Realtors® continually warns it own members to be vigilant, careful whom they work. The “Truth” is: For Sale By Owners can not be too careful…

How To Purchase Electronics Online Through Discount Sites

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 8:37 pm

So there you are, searching through the hundreds of online discount stores, seeking those low-priced electronics that you are longing for. You know, the latest cameras, computers, cell phones, games, and other toys. Your wife is dreaming of some new home décor lamps and art work, and you are dreaming of that new shotgun from the outdoors section. But, what about jewelry…and clothing? With all the low-priced e-malls out there, how to you know which ones to buy from?

Well, do some homework! Check out each one that carries the item, or items, that you want to compare the prices. If that digital camera is only $50 here, why is it $75 there? If the home décor piece that your wife is dreaming about is only $100 here, why would it be $200 there? While there might be a small fluctuation in price from site to site, a large variation is enough to raise suspicions on your part. Electronics are a big thing on discount sites, mostly because they are expensive new, and people don’t want to pay top dollar for something that will be out of date in a week. So, check out all of their electronics before you buy. Seeing the condition of other electronics that are in the same category will help you to know the type of condition that one is in.

Make sure that the item is the same, not bigger or fancier, and make sure that you are looking at the real thing. Check to see if these are new or used items. If they are used and are selling for the same price as new items on another e-mall, you’re better off to go to the other e-mall! Jewelry is another big challenge. Make sure that you are seeing a picture of the actual item that you are buying. If you aren’t comfortable, don’t buy!

From outdoors equipment to electronics, eBay, and companies like it will have what you are looking for. If the other e-malls are turning you off by their high prices, click on over to eBay or another site like it to check their merchandise and pricing. You might just find that new video game a lot cheaper here than the site you were just on. Also, most people who sell on eBay or other similar sites have to go through a process just to sell their things here, new or used. There is also a return policy in place, so if you aren’t happy, you can return it. EBay is a great place to find everything that you could want, jewelry included. You can even find some one of a kind jewelry items here that will wow her when you give them. You will still need to make sure that you are seeing the actual item, and not a pretty picture.

While there are hundreds of low-price, high quality, e-malls out there, there are also the high-price, bad quality ones as well. You can always look through their “About Us” information to get a good idea of what the company or site is about. If they don’t have a lot of information, or it’s sketchy, you might consider emailing them with questions or just don’t purchase from them. You can also look in the “Contact Us” section and email them with any questions that you might have about their company or products. Ask as many questions as you want until you feel comfortable with them.

Also, don’t give out your credit card number anywhere on any site unless you are purchasing an item or two and they have a secure site so hackers can’t get to your card number as easily.

Basically, just make sure that you check a site out completely before you jump in and buy from them. You should be able to tell right away from the look and feel of the site if it is a company that you would like to do business with or not. If they advertise millions of items and then only carry three, you might consider searching somewhere else. Also, if their shipping isn’t through a major carrier, there is another red flag that you need to head on to the next e-mall! Use your common sense and have fun seeking out that new “toy” that you want.

How To Be Associated with a Successful Business Product

Filed under: Business Affairs — admin @ 6:58 pm

There are a lot of Network Marketing companies out there, especially with the advent of the internet, and its marketing schemes. Everywhere you look, you hear people saying, “Get paid for reading emails!”, “Get money for traffic to your site”, “Get paid per click”, “Get paid to surf the web”. But what really is a good product to have for multi-level marketing? How do you recognize it?

First of all, I like products that are tangible, that you usually have to ship to the consumer. This allows the business to be “real”, it has a backbone, a core product. This can be telecommunications, health products, etc.

Second, the product needs to be unique. Don’t give me the products I can buy in the supermarket delivered to my door, it just doesn’t interest me as much as a unique product would. Therefore, if it doesn’t interest me as much, it certainly wouldn’t interest other people who aren’t as interested in Multi-level Marketing.

“The product needs to be unique”

Third, the product should be consumable. Why sell someone through networking… you want passive income? Do you get as much passive income from people that don’t buy regularly? Of course not! Why sell garage doors, when you can sell something they need to buy EVERYDAY!

It also needs to be a product that people need, more than want. In the majority of MLM companies, they ask for a “qualifying purchase” of product for you to be eligible for compensations. Are you buying the product for that reason? Or are you buying the product, like Donald Trump says, because you love it and have a passion for it?

“The product should be consumable!”

A while ago I was introduced to a “Get Paid for Clicks” advertising toolbar. The problem with this, is most of the people who used the product only used it for the reason of making money. There needs to be a BACKBONE. A backbone of core-consumers that needs or wants your product. Consumers in which you can rely on, to bring in income for you consistently. This is a fundamental neccessity that you need to find in that product. What is the REAL market for this product? Is this product self-sustaining, could it be sold outside of Networking? If the answer is YES, then you may have a promising product.

Before picking a product to distribute or represent, go to some close friends and get their opinions. If it is a health related product, then simply get them to try it. By doing this you can get honest opinions and if it works, promising testimonials and/or future business partners!
