Acquiring Pants for young women should be one of the most nice things boyfriends can perform - as well as the most nerve-racking and dangerous present to get for a present.
Take into account it’s not your present, but it’s your lady’s. Stop thinking about leather, PVC, or French Maid outfit, go for something silky or lacey and you will be fine.
Don’t attempt to estimate your girl’s size, favourite style. Unfortunately, girls don’t have S, medium, L, and XL sizes similar to bloke. Do your research to start with. Hold your horses until she go away and then break into her nickers drawer.
Search and discover things with the label in it and make notes of the colours and designs she loves. Take into account that added extras like lace and ornaments can be classy and sexy if you be aware of what your companion prefers. I realised that my wife likes bikini lingerie. I had no idea Lingerie were barely for the sand.
Lingerie sets instead can refer to virtually any sort of constricted skimpy, or revealing undergarment that provides less coverage to the midsection than usual underwear, pants or knickers. In truth Bikini Knickers emulates what you perceive on the coastline.
The bikini turned out to be a US$811 million industry per annum and it’s perchance the most accepted lady swimsuit all-round the earth as a result of the combination of the power of women and fashion.
It is a Roman innovation. Beachwear clothes worn by gils for activity purposes can be seen on Greek vases and works of art dating back to the XV Century Before Christ.
An old artwork called “Bikini Girls” going back to the Diocletian time (286-305 AD) in Italy describe several ladies in mosaics on the flooring.
Near Naples there are also numerous representations of the Greek idol Venus in a bikini. Find designer lingerie and swimwear brands from around the world at becheeky.com.
The up to date swimsuit commence to materialize yet again in 1907, when Australian sport woman,a sport woman, Annette Kellerman was put in prison on a Boston seashore for wearing very tight bathing suit which turn out to be conventional swimsuit for women by early 1900.
The up to date Lingerie was created by French engineer Louis Réard just after the second world war and was an amazement when it appeared on French coasts a few years after. He decided to call it after Bikini Atoll in the Pacific, the location of the operation nuclear detonation experiment on July in 1946. His logic was that the detonation of excitement created by it would be like a nuclear detonation.
As regards of purchasing Lingerie as presents, keep in mind that most structures will efficiently gift wrap your purchase for you if you require for a small cost and it is well worth paying a bit more for. In addition I advise to keep the receipt - just in case.
The major themes of the Hebrew Bible (also known as the Old Testament) surely include God, man, sin, righteousness, grace, covenant, law, atonement, and holiness. A final theme we will examine is the Messiah. Nearly everyone would agree that these ten themes are among the most important. Let’s take a closer look at each one.
God - From its opening verse, the Hebrew Bible affirms the following important truths about God: Regarding time he is timeless, regarding power he is limitless, and regarding knowledge he is infinite; He is one and not two or more, He is creator not creature, and He is both loving and holy.
These characteristics, and many more besides, define who God is, and lie at the heart of the Old Testament revelation of Him. He is primarily revealed, however, not in abstractions or propositions, but in relationship with human beings.
Man - In contrast with God, human beings are limited: they have a beginning and are mortal, they have only limited power and knowledge, and they are certainly not always loving and holy. To be sure, the history of humankind has some heroism and stories of noble thoughts and deeds, but it documents the sad history of failed potential, squandered opportunities, and perverted purposes.
The original pair of human beings comes into existence in relationship with God, objects of His grace and love and reflections of His likeness. Unfortunately, however, they give up their standing with the Lord. In the name of independence, they become slaves to sin, in need of deliverance. The progress of their descendants reaches the climax when Genesis 6 says, “Every inclination of the heart of man is only evil all the time.” [TOP]
Sin - The Hebrew Bible reveals the nature of sin primarily in narrative form–in other words by telling the story of what happened to real people. Human beings were created in a sinless state, even as even now they are born into the world pure and innocent. Sinfulness is abnormal for human beings; it is out of alignment with what God designed us to be and to do.
Since we bear the image of God, sin is whatever contradicts God’s own nature. Because God is true, lies are sin. Because God is holy, defilement is sin. Because God is love, hatred is sin. Because God is unity, division is sin, and so on. This is best expressed in Leviticus 19:1, where God says, “You must be holy, for I am holy.” All through Leviticus, the moral precepts announced are tied again and again to the affirmation, “I am the LORD.”
Doing what is right and experiencing the blessing God brings with it is what the Old Testament means by knowing that God is the LORD (see statements in Ezekiel and elsewhere over and over).
Righteousness - If sin is rebelling against reflecting God’s nature in our lives, then righteousness is living in harmony with that nature. It is maintaining a relationship of trusting obedience with God. Righteousness involves faith, but it also bursts forth from the loyal heart into faithfulness in one’s walk.
The Hebrew Bible describes the righteous person as being devoted to God in with your heart, your soul, and your strength. A right relationship with other human beings accompanies this right relationship with God. The Old Testament portrays the righteous person as treating others as they would want to be treated, with acting toward them as God would act. [TOP]
Grace - Some readers have the impression that they will not encounter grace in the Hebrew Bible, that it only becomes a primary emphasis in the New Testament. This impression is a false one, dispelled by nearly every book of the Old Testament.
God’s graciousness to human beings begins with the first couple and continues as a constant theme in the Old Testament symphony. The LORD is “abounding in steadfast love” and willing to forgive to a thousand generations. Again and again He reveals His great patience and His tender mercy toward sinners. Unfortunately, some have only focused on passages in which He reveals wrath against sinners, a counterpoint melody to be sure, but one that always plays out in the context of covenant-love and faithfulness.
Covenant - The sovereign, almighty, transcendent Creator-God is willing to stoop to enter into agreements with human beings. These agreements are called covenants, and they provide much of the framework on which the Hebrew Bible unfolds.
The major covenants of the Old Testament include the ones with Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses (and all of Israel), Aaron & Levi, and David. Each of these covenants involves promises God makes and expectations He has for the subjects of the covenant. The Hebrew Bible also looks forward to a New Covenant, which is what the New Testament is all about. [TOP]
Law - The covenant God made with the nation of Israel is called the Law (Torah, or Law of Moses). In the Law, God rehearses the saving acts by which He has placed the nation of Israel in His debt and then challenges them to agree to live in relationship with Him, experiencing the blessings that attend that relationship. Of course, He also warns them of the curses they will bring upon themselves if they break the covenant. Basic to the Law are the Ten Commandments, which lay out the fundamentals of living in harmony with God.
Atonement - Under that same covenant with Israel, God provided a means of gaining forgiveness through a system of animal sacrifices. These offerings were a way the believer had of removing offenses and pleading to God for a renewal of the close relationship the sin made impossible.
According to the Old Testament, atonement was only possible through the shedding of the blood of a perfect sacrifice. This laid the groundwork for the New Covenant’s eternal sacrifice of the Perfect Lamb of God, Jesus Christ. [TOP]
Holiness - In the Hebrew Bible, to be holy means to be dedicated to God. Holiness is a part of God’s nature and is imparted by Him to human beings in a right relationship with him. God intends for all human beings to be holy all of the time. Sin, however, defiles us and puts us in need of atonement so that we can be holy once more.
Messiah - The Old Testament anticipates the coming of the Holy One of God who would have a miraculous conception, live a perfect life, serve as the ideal human being, and then voluntarily offer up Himself as the once-for-all sin offering so that human beings could be restored to God and made holy again.
Over a period spanning more than 1,000 years, inspired prophets foretold aspects of the life of this Holy One. The accumulation of their predictions paints a perfect portrait of the birth, life, character, death, and even resurrection of Jesus Christ. Several of these prophecies in the Hebrew Bible describe him as “the Anointed One” (Hebrew: Meshiakh), or “the Messiah,” in keeping with the practice in Old Testament times of pouring olive oil on the head of a person specially appointed by God to accomplish His purposes. I have heard so many people argue the fact that the Bible is
out dated and was written by men thousands of years ago.
It’s funny how non believers all say the same things and
never even consider that God has already written about their
double standards and their hard hearts. I’ve heard it said
before that it takes more faith not to believe in God than it
does to believe in Him. If you are one of those people who
would rather put your trust in the Big Bang Theory and
believe that you came from pond scum, then I suppose
that’s your right. But this doesn’t add up if you really think
about it. Our universe is in itself a miracle that took alot of
thought. If it were created out of chaos, it would produce
chaos. Chaos doesn’t produce order. How hard is it to
believe that in order to be created, there has to be a Creator
behind it all?
There is an older gentlemen in town who claims to be an
atheist. He is always challenging people that if they could
prove there was a God, he would give them $1,000.00. My
husband turned the tables on him the other day and said,
“Joe, I’ll pay you a $1,000.00 if you can prove to me there is
no God!” Ol’ Joe didn’t know what to say. My husband also
brought up the fact that every time ol’ Joe would express
himself, he would use the Lord’s name in vain. My husband
asked him how he could use God’s name when he didn’t
believe in God. Again, ol’ Joe was at a loss for words. This
behavior is more prevelent among unbelievers and it just
goes to show their ignorance. For those of us who do
believe, it gets almost ridiculous to even think they could
trust their immortal souls to nothing. What drives these
people to exist?
Again, it all goes back to the beginning in the Garden of
Eden. Adam gave up his spiritual relationship with God and
brought sin upon every man ever born. Nothing has
changed between then and now. Being born of a sin nature,
we belong to the god of this world, Satan. His job is to keep
us in the dark.
“For the god of this world has blinded unbelievers’ minds
(that they should not discern the truth), preventing them from
seeing the illuminating light of the Gospel of the glory of
Christ (the Messiah), Who is the Image and Likeness of
God.” 2 Cor. 4:4 (Amplified)
Here we can see that our adversary wants to keep us in the
dark so that we won’t see the truth. If you were to realize this
fact, wouldn’t you feel deceived and used? Wouldn’t you
want to know the truth? As a result of being a child of the
world, God will not give you the ability to see the truth unless
you come to Him through Christ. God considers these
children as spiritually dead and perishing. Who in their right
mind would want to take the chance of being lost?
“But even if our Gospel (the glad tidings) also be hidden
(obscurred and covered up with a veil that hinders the
knowledge of God), it is hidden (only) to those who are
perishing and obscurred (only) to those who are spiritually
dying and veiled (only) to those who are lost.” 2 Cor. 4:3
(Amplified)
When a person is not spiritually saved, he feels lost deep
inside his soul. This is how God planned it to be. This is His
way to get our attention. Since we were made in His image,
we are spiritual beings who need something more than
ourselves. But He will let us die to our sins if we remain
stubborn to this fact. We all have certain morals that we live
by and if we refuse to pay attention to them, we will be eaten
up with guilt because we never confessed our sins to God.
“Their moral understanding is darkened and their reasoning
is beclouded. (They are) alienated (estranged, self -
banished) from the life of God (with no share in it; this is)
because of the ignorance (the want of knowledge and
perception, the willful blindness) that is deep - seated in
them, due to their hardness of heart (to the insensitiveness
of their moral nature.)” Eph. 4:18 (Amplified)
I will never understand how people can run around being
miserable in their pride and stubborness. By doing this,
God tells us we will have no share in His eternal life. God is
very patient as He waits with open arms for each and every
lost person to answer when He knocks. But He also
explains the reason for this reaction.
“In their spiritual apathy they have become callous and past
feeling and reckless and have abandoned themselves (a
prey) to unbridled sensuality, eager and greedy to indulge in
every form of impurity (that their depraved desires may
suggest and demand.)” Eph. 4:19 (Amplified)
God knows the conditions of our hearts and we are by
nature corrupt. We love our sins because it brings pleasure
to our flesh. Those who aren’t saved are ready to cause
disruptions and arguements making everyone around them
miserable. A true child of the King however takes on a
different outlook. It looks something like this:
“Strip yourselves of your former nature (put off and discard
your old unrenewed self) which characterized your previous
manner of life and becomes corrupt through lusts and
desires that spring from dilusion; And be constantly
renewed in the spirit of your mind (having a fresh mental
and spiritual attitude). And put on the new nature (the
regenerate self) created in God’s image (Godlike) in true
righteousness and holiness..” Eph. 4:23,24,25 (Amplified)
Personally, I would not want to be put to shame by a liar and
a deiceiver. He’s also described as a murderer who has no
personal interest in you whatsoever. Putting on the new
nature created in God’s image makes so much more sense
than being ignorant of the truth. If you are reading this and
haven’t yet come to know Christ, I pray that you will allow
Jesus to save you from eternal death and suffering. Don’t let
anyone lie to you. God is the source for the Truth, He has all
the answers to this life and the next. Why would you trust
your eternity to someone who doesn’t care what happens to
you? Ask yourself this, what if what you believe weren’t true?
Don’t trust your soul to a liar, murderer and thief.
“The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I
came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in
abundance (to the full, till it overflows.)” Jn. 10:10 (Amplified)
If you know you are a target for destruction, why would you
allow your mind to remain ignorant of the whole truth?
Surely you love yourself more than that to let a thief destroy
you. People value their material things more than their own
lives by installing burglar alarms in their homes. Christ died
to give you an abundant and joyful life. Why not install Him in
your heart today? It doesn’t cost a thing. But it sure gives you
a sense of security.
If you see yourself described as a nonbeliever, please
consider how much God loves you and wants you to choose
life. Once you ask Him to come into your life, He will do the
rest in changing you. He gives us all a choice between life
and death, it’s up to you. Be victorious today, choose life!
The road to victory is paved with humble submission to God.

Words have always been used as a tool for creation. If you have ever read the Bible, you may have noted something very interesting in the Book of Genesis and in the New Testament which tells about the creation of our present earth. When the earth was void and without form, the power that we now call God existed as a vapor (spirit, life force, or energy) full of potential, just waiting to differentiate into liquid and solid form that we now know as our daily reality. How did God create the world of dense matter? Through the creative power of words!
First, was the word, and the word was with God. The spoken word was used to manifest atmosphere, bodies of water, water creatures, lush foliage and trees, birds, animals and human flesh. This could have happened instantaneously or it could have happened over a period of thousands of years, but the point is that the spoken word made things happen. Words are the powerful, creative forces by which “something-ness” was brought forth from nothingness. Each thing the spoken word created was given the ability to continue the creative process by reproducing in like kind, but humans were a cut above. Being made in the image of God, humans could continue the creative process in the same manner as God by speaking things into existence. From this account of creation, we realize that words contain powerful vibrations. For example, in Genesis 1:3 “And God said, ‘Let there be light,’ and there was light.” With no other tools or building materials, the Creator engineered the very world we live in and the planet we live on by speaking it into existence. Many people do not realize that humans also have the Divine ability to speak and create. For that reason, we take our words for granted.
There is one scripture many folks would rather not deal with because it calls us to be responsible for everything we create. Many devout and faithful folks want to avoid Genesis 1:26 which says “Then God said, ‘Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over all the earth.’” Rule over the earth? That means to be responsible for everything that goes on here and to give an account to the Universe, or God. We are responsible for our own lives and everything we create with our words, thoughts and deeds.
I am always surprised and inspired by the world we live in, the wonders and purpose of nature, the concept of time, and the reason for the existence of each being on planet Earth. When we contemplate on these things, we discover our place in the scheme of creation and we recognize that there are unseen forces at work wishing to communicate with us. These unseen forces are Universal Laws which cannot be broken regardless of whether we believe they exist or not. You do not have to believe in the Law of Gravity, but if you jump off the roof you will not fly like Superman; you will land with a thud. One of the laws of the universe is the Law of Reciprocity, better known as the principle of sowing and reaping which means that what we sow, we will reap. If we sow harmful words, they will produce harmful results. If we sow loving and kind words, we will reap love and kindness. Think of words as boomerangs. What you believe and speak will come back to you.
Getting a Clear Signal
When we empty our minds of social clutter and learn to listen to the forces of nature, and cooperate with the Laws of the Universe, God becomes our Instructor.
The American Indians understood the principles of nature’s symbols, cycles and instruction. They “listened” to the voice of The Great Spirit and then “spoke” the reality to their tribes. They projected these varying degrees of divine intelligence into consciousness through words and rituals and experienced the resulting fruits of the Spirit. They not only heard the voice of Spirit, they respected nature and every being on Mother Earth for they are vehicles for the voice of God.
It is said that we create our own reality in an altered state of consciousness, but I declare to you that we also do this consciously and unconsciously on a daily basis through the secret power of our words. The subconscious mind is the storehouse of everything we ever were and will become. We carry the cellular memory recorded in it. The mind carries spoken messages to every cell in the body; each cell having its own intelligence. For example, we take the beating of our heart and our breathing and sleeping for granted, yet this is one of the mysteries of the subconscious mind.
Look at the Bible Scholar and Sleeping Prophet, Edgar Cayce. He used his spiritual gift of prophecy to give over 14,000 documented clairvoyant readings to more than 6,000 people within a period of forty-three years. While in a trance-like sleep he gave medical diagnoses and remedies that cured people and answered metaphysical questions. This caused quite a stir among the religious folk of his day because it didn’t fit their theology and limited thinking. It tends to be that anything out of the ordinary that we can’t explain with doctrine, is automatically considered taboo before it has a chance to bear fruit.
As surely as false prophets are in the church, true prophets are at our New Age bookstores and psychic fairs. Don’t be alarmed if someone uses divination tools such as Tarot cards, Runes, gemstones or tea leaves to “read” the word of the Lord. The priests of the Old Testament used divination tools called the urim and thummin (probably gemstones) to determine a “yes” or “no” answer in seeking the Lord for guidance. It takes being in tune with your own Divine spirit and intuition to sense the difference between a prophet who hears from God for the benefit of encouraging others and those who are in the business for selfish or harmful reasons. You can’t judge a book by its cover, nor can you judge a prophet by whether his or her prophecies come true.
Activating the Broadcast Channel
Many ancient holy men received the “word” while contemplating God, or perhaps they were in the temple performing a holy rite or ritual such as prayer and meditation when an angel appeared to them. Through the rite or prayer they activated something that spiritual people call the Stellar Circuit, which is a part of the mind or spirit embedded in the chakras. The term chakra may be unfamiliar to you because our western psychology and medical teaching and practices have left out this vital part of the human’s subtle anatomy. It is intuitively discerned by those who are able to sense the flow of energy. Chakra is a Sanskrit term meaning “wheel.” These spinning wheels or vortexes of energy are different colors and are located in different parts of the subtle body, or soul centers in each person. There are seven major chakra located on the body, and others above it. They are numbered from the base of the spine to the top of the head. The root chakra is located at the tailbone; the second (sacral) chakra between the genital area and the navel; the third chakra just above the navel; the fourth (heart) chakra between the breasts; the fifth in the thyroid region of the neck; the six (third-eye) between the brows; and the seventh in the crown of the head. The chakras exchange energy and messages between the physical body and the auric field surrounding the body. Because each of these energy channels have a specific physical, mental, emotional and spiritual function, they are important to the overall health of an individual. Through these centers, we receive the messages of clairaudience, clairvoyance, clairsentience and other Divine abilities to perceive what the Spirit is communicating.
Clairaudience is the divine ability to hear beyond the physical auditory level. Clairvoyance is the divine ability to see with spiritual eyes things not visible to the physical eye. Clairsentience is the ability to feel etheric energies or pick up on the feelings of others. Some will call this form of communication “psychic ability” while the Bible calls it “gifts of the Spirit.” Terminology is not as important as the results. How do we actually “activate” these channels so that we too, can have this experience? By clearing away falsehood, self-pity, emotional pain, unforgiveness, co-dependency, judgment and other lower aspects of consciousness that block the chakras and prohibits spiritual growth.
Jesus and His Use of Words
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask anything in my name, I will do it.” (John 14:12-14)
Greater works than Jesus? He performed a lot of miracles as recorded in the Bible. Are you walking on water yet? From the above passage, we should be able to do the same and even more! Jesus gave numerous demonstrations of healing, he talked to the wind and calmed a storm, and He called Lazarus forth from the dead. His use of words should be encouraging examples to us. They illustrate that we, too, can repeat or chant words of power and create positive transformation in our lives and the lives of others.
Jesus was assertive in His faith. It was through the spoken word that Jesus healed the sick and raised the dead to life again. At times He would ask His “patient” a question to test his or her faith, and get a reading of their willingness to accept the changes that would be coming as a result of the miracle He was about to perform. Jesus also used other tools such as spitting into the dirt to make a poultice for the eyes of a blind man, but He didn’t carry a bag of paraphernalia with him. His word had authority and He used it as His primary tool for creation.
Jesus told us that we could ask anything in His name, and He would do it. His offer is very generous, but there seems to be a gap between His willingness to give and our ability to receive. We are born on this planet with supernatural power just as Jesus was. Aligning with our spiritual self and having faith will raise our energy levels to match His in order to invoke the same power He used and offers us.
While words allow us to shape our world, only those words spoken with conviction (belief or certainty) are fueled with power to bring concrete results in your life. When you speak with conviction, belief and faith, you create your reality with your will. Sometimes you aren’t aware of your hidden beliefs, motives or convictions, but they still affect your ability to create and shape with words. Words + Conviction = Results.
The Subconscious Mind
Certain words spoken as suggestions by a hypnotist are said to create an altered state of consciousness, (or trance) that can induce emotional and psychological healing. There are two distinctly different realms in the human mind: the conscious and the subconscious. You are using the conscious part of your mind right now to read this book. Your conscious mind is the most “awake” part of your mind while your subconscious mind seems to be in a “screen saver” mode. You may do something and not remember it. For example, you may get half way to work and wonder, “Did I shut the garage door before I left home?” You can probably recall times when you have done something subconsciously like driving right past your intended exit on the freeway or arriving at your destination and not remember getting there. Obviously you were driving your vehicle in a safe manner, but your attention was on something else. You were in a kind of trance-like state. Some may call it daydreaming, but it is very much like hypnosis. The subconscious mind and its beliefs can direct our body to do something without interfacing with the conscious mind. Many of our beliefs are buried; we don’t even realize they are affecting our lives.
Knowing that our thoughts and words are the broadcaster of our unformed universe and that they carry authority and creative power, we must consciously remember to guard what we say. Our power should be used for the improvement of the quality of life for everyone. We should set our intent to heal rather than to cause harm.

(Note: May I warn you from the outset . . . this treatise may commence with the levitas of “secular” indiscretions, comments and analysis . . . but it will culminate with relevant theological gravitas . . . bear with me; and, oddly enough, the article actually “hangs together”)
“President Bush had signed a covert finding in late spring 2002, which authorized the CIA and US Special Operations forces to dispatch clandestine units into Iraq for the purpose of removing Saddam Hussein from power. The fact is that the Iraq war had begun by the beginning of summer 2002, if not earlier . . . as was the case with Iraq pre-March 2003, the Bush administration today speaks of ‘diplomacy’ and a desire for a ‘peaceful’ resolution to the Iranian question. But the facts speak of another agenda, that of war and the forceful removal of the theocratic regime, currently wielding the reigns of power in Tehran . . . as with Iraq, the president has paved the way for the conditioning of the American public and an all-too-compliant media to accept at face value the merits of a regime change policy regarding Iran, linking the regime of the Mullah’s to an ‘axis of evil’ (together with the newly ‘liberated’ Iraq and North Korea), and speaking of the absolute requirement for the spread of ‘democracy’ to the Iranian people. (Scott Ritter, July 2005, RENSE.COM)
History tends to repeat itself. Yes, but this fast? Yes, again! Scott Ritter, beloved voice of the Left for his criticisms of the War in Iraq, is a former intelligence officer for the United States Marine Corps (where he served as the lead analyst for the Marine Corps Rapid Deployment Force concerning the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan and the Iran-Iraq War). Also, this “Army of One” was the key coordinator for the implementation of UNSC (United Nations Security Council) resolutions mandating the elimination of Iraqi WMD.
So . . . BAM! Ritter gets top billing in Aljazeera for his prophetic outbursts by likening Bush’s pre-invasion tactics of Iraq with what’s happening now in Iran. Indeed, the parallels are staggering and overwhelmingly convincing, even to the God bless America crowd—who, unfortunately, demand that the present conflict be expanded to include the entire “Axis of Evil” (along with a few lesser-rans like Syria and the rest of those mad bombers running around loose out there). They need to be hunted down and democratized, so the Free World can get on with globalization, along with unhindered economic growth in the USA.
Nothing, absolutely nothing, can stop the cheap money pouring into the US economy (and, ipso facto, the accelerated/unimaginable skyrocketing prices found in the US housing market today) from central banks, all to willing to finance the national debt in order to keep Americans buying their cheap products.
The foreign purchase of US bonds, in order to finance our nearly $8 Trillion Trade Deficit (now outpacing our National Debt (also $8 Trillion) by nearly twice as fast), places uninhibited pressure upon lenders and mortgage companies to keep interest rates artificially low, which in turn directly exacerbate the already inflated housing market driving the current “economic boom/bubble.”
One must ponder the intoxicating influences of that Great City prophesied in Scripture with a new understanding of what it means to be addicted to alcohol—talk about going on a bender (i.e., a massive drunken spree), with absolutely no desire for a 12 Step or “Wagon” experience!
“For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury” (Revelation 18:3).
Of course, all this apocalyptic hyperbole, according to our what-me-worry Preterist buds, took place years ago (like 1900 years ago) around 100 A.D. . . . . So, who cares about Bible prophecy anyway, right? After all, who wants to live in an encumbered future full of doom and gloom and “Ritter rhetoric” that smacks of “American hate speak” and, furthermore, borders (no, it actually is) malignant, traitorous propaganda. Alas! Ritter has become the replacement for Baghdad Bob; you know, that clown featured on news channels for his “all is love and oneness” remarks when all “Western hell” was breaking lose (now, come on, you lefties had to laugh at that character). His believability ratings were off the chart: “That wasn’t Saddam you guys captured, it was Santa Claus!”
THIS IS NO JOKING MATTER
O.K. Let’s get serious about this business of world conquest by democratization on a scale heretofore not seen since ancient Rome. The evidence mounts daily on US intentions (let alone Israeli intentions) regarding Iran’s pending demise (a.k.a., “regime change possibilities”). Most Americans have no idea, thanks to the complicity of the corporate media (and that’s not a cliché . . . check out this website next time (and excuse my purposeful digression), you’ll be glad you used a Westinghouse toaster while you’re watching TV; to wit:
“In 2004, Bagdikian’s revised and expanded book, The New Media Monopoly, shows that only 5 huge corporations — Time Warner, Disney, Murdoch’s News Corporation, Bertelsmann of Germany, and Viacom (formerly CBS) — now control most of the media industry in the U.S. General Electric’s NBC is a close sixth.” (See: http://www.corporations.org/media/ )
Pilotless drones scour the airspace above Iran, while the CIA-backed Mujahadeen el-Khalq, or MEK, an Iranian opposition group, once run by Saddam Hussein’s dreaded intelligence services, but now working exclusively for the CIA’s Directorate of Operations, pans out across Iran—a bombing here, a bombing there, man, we could be talking about a real bombing campaign here pretty soon.
And, of course, Bush/Rice continue to bash the Iranian efforts at “free elections” – naturally, the hardliners have rigged the whole smear, so what else is news. Meanwhile, a huge US military buildup continues unabated in, naturally, you guessed it: Just due north of Teheran, Iran: Azerbaijan (former Soviet bastion of infiltration and headaches for Persia’s Shah). Good night, read the entire link and weep (for “joy” if you’re a crusader; for “grief” if you’re an Islamic bureaucrat), and “you ain’t seen nothin’ yet!”
“Three air ‘lily pad’ bases in central Azerbaijan — Kurdamir, Nasosnyy and Gyulakh — which used to be Soviet air bases. Kurdamir was a strategic base, with Tu-22M ‘Backfire’ bombers located there. The base’s upgrade, including its runway, already is completed, local sources say. This means the air base can receive U.S. strategic bombers or other heavy air transport. The Nasosnyy base used to host Soviet heavy transport Il-76es for Soviet airborne forces and other troops. With the Nasosnyy upgrade soon to be completed, U.S. strategic transport planes should be able to use it too, making the air base a major point in the Caspian air corridor from Western Europe to the Caucasus and Central Asia, where U.S. troops and aircraft are located. Initially, the United States probably will deploy some special operations forces aircraft, military transport planes, air surveillance and other spy planes (including drones) and perhaps F-16s.”
Of course, Donald Rumsfeld’s visits to the locals in Azerbaijan (be it ever so innocuous) normally portends an extension of Democratic Globalism nearby and/or a continued presence in the region guaranteeing abundant oil flows from the just opened Caspian oil pipeline, and perhaps, a little from Iran “on the side.”
Likewise, if Turkey doesn’t play ball with us, we can simply do one of two things: (1) Extend the pipeline directly through Georgia to the Black Sea and on to Europe (we figured that one out a long time ago); or (2) in general, make things miserable for the Turks! In our other articles we’ve presented a powerful case for the Islamic Turks to throw their weight behind Iran and Syria . . . you’ll have to go to those chapters in The Gog-Magog Scenario.
WHAT’S THEOLOGY GOT TO DO WITH RUMSFELD, RITTER, AND IRAN?
Not surprisingly, a whole lot, according to Thetribnet (us, of course); but little or nothing according to the otherwise brilliant evangelical eschatologist and New Age basher, Dave Hunt. You see, Brother Hunt sees nothing in the current possibilities of a Gog-Magog confrontation, lumping, as he does, the entire “initial prospects for conflict in the Middle East” into the final conflict itself: Armageddon. Consequently, all this sound and fury in the Middle East (although fun speculation making for great book sales: Judgment Day, Israel, Islam, and the Nations) is a whole long ways off (at least seven years) signifies nothing . . . besides, we’ll be “outta here”—especially us American Christians (because there’s so many of us righteous ones) and that will leave room for America’s economic collapse, and the revelation of the Antichrist from a resuscitated European Union). Hey, these guys actually believe this.
There you go again—meaningless eschatological food fights amongst otherwise nice people (they just are a little nuts when it comes to forecasting the future). Folks, bear with us. We do appreciate the absolute brilliance enunciated by one Dave Hunt and for his valiant synthesis of the occult incursions into the Church and of Rome’s pervasive influences to catapult ecumenism into the immediate present wherein Antichrist will have more than a firm base of support to inflict his dastardly script upon unsuspecting earthlings.
However, when it comes to this nuance (and we’ll get into why such “nuances” are paramount in how we live our lives today); i.e., the difference (yea, blatant distinction) between the Gog-Magog conflict and the horrific descriptions of the entire Armageddon Campaign (i.e., the FINAL conflict), we affirm the blurring of that distinction is tantamount to discrediting (seriously discarding) the very Biblical literalism we know he holds dear. In sum (as you see below) Hunt has cavalierly discarded all such differentiations as trivial and disproportionate to their theological value—i.e., there’s but one end of the age conflict and we, as Pretribulationists, have naught to concern ourselves, because we’re not part of the “Left Behind” crowd in any event: Sorry guys, we’ve been raptured from the final conflict—you’ll have to endure the Great Tribulation yourselves!
Quoting from Hunt’s 1995, “A Cup of Trembling . . . Jerusalem and Bible Prophecy” . . .
“It is true that there has been some unwarranted speculation and even sensationalism in attempts to apply apocalyptic prophecies. That fact, however, does not warrant throwing these prophecies out, but instead calls for care in interpreting them. Ezekiel 38 and 39 list certain leaders, peoples, and nations that will be involved in the future attack upon Israel. ‘Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya’ are specifically named. Others are not so easily identified: ‘Gog, the land of Magog . . . Meshech and Tubal . . . Gomer, and Togarmah of the north’ (38:5, 2, 6). Some prophecy writers have allegedly traced these names and peoples to Russia and northern Europeans. It is difficult, however, to verify the accuracy of such claims, and it is not necessary.
“There is no reason to believe that Ezekiel’s listing is intended to name each and every nation that will be involved in the last-days attack upon Israel. Moreover, we find ‘Gog and Magog’ mentioned again in Revelation 20:8, representing all nations on earth coming against Jerusalem and Christ at the end of millennium. Clearly that final battle is not the one mentioned in Ezekiel 38 and 39. If ‘Gog and Magog’ represent all nations in Revelation, then we may assume that the same is true in Ezekiel (monster conjecture on Hunt’s part here). There are two battles involving all nations: Armageddon just preceding and the battle in Revelation 20 at the end of Christ’s 1000-year reign. This is only one of several reasons for concluding that Ezekiel 38 and 39 refer to Armageddon and not to some earlier World War III” (pp. 414-415, Dave Hunt, “Cup of Trembling”).
It is baffling to me that Hunt’s Biblical literalism appears to be convenient only when it fits his presuppositions—in this case there are but two future conflicts of Biblical magnitude: Armageddon (a.k.a., Gog-Magog) and the final postmillennial Gog-Magog conflagration. The incredible specificity of Ezekiel’s constellation of nations in the initial Gog-Magog outburst is unparalleled in Scripture. What is even more incredible—notwithstanding turn-of-the-century Premillenarian hype regarding Russia’s identification with Gog-Magog—the current alignment of nations in Ezekiel 38 and 39 virtually fits the immediate contestation between the world’s super power, the USA, and the configuration of antagonists in the Middle East.
Likewise, those Middle Eastern nations either leaning toward US approbation or in its hip pocket (i.e., providing unwavering support due to military occupation and/or economic contrivance) provide ample evidence to prophetic fulfillment. A short list is too convincing (modern and Biblical names given):
FOR OR LEANING TOWARD USA (i.e., the West’s leadership; a.k.a., “Ships of Tarshish”)
Saudi Arabia (Dedan; includes Gulf States)
Iraq (Babylon)
Jordan (Edom, Moab, and Ammon)
Yemen (Sheba)
Israel (USA is her patron)
ANTAGONISTS (Not Mentioned in Ezekiel 38 and 39; but removed “somehow” …see Isaiah 17 and 18)
Syria
ANTAGONISTS MENTIONED ALIGNED WITH GOG (i.e., MAGOG) and THE KING OF THE SOUTH (Daniel 11:40-45)
King of the North/Gog:
Persia (Iran)
Turkey (Rosh, Meshech, Tubal, Gomer, and Togarmah) (Note: current “alliances” with Syria and Iran belie her “alliance” with the USA.
King of the South:
Egypt (“US Ally” in name only)
Ethiopia (Cush or modern Sudan)
Libya (Put or modern Libya)
Hunt’s complete omission of Daniel 11:40-45 (and the subsequent confrontations of major import wrought therein) is especially glaring. Robert Duncan Culver’s classic, “Daniel and the Latter Days,” conclusively substantiates the rise, exploits, warfare pursuits (prior to Armageddon and within the Middle East) of the Willful King found in Daniel 11:36-45:
“My own opinion (following the majority of recent Premillennial commentators) is that the prediction relates to Antiochus from verse 21 (of Daniel 11) to verse 35, but that beginning with 36, Antichrist (i.e., the leader of the Gentile World Power of Western Civilization; my comments), by the designation of ‘the king who shall do according to his will,’ is the theme of the prophecy, to the close of chapter 11. With the view mentioned above, that Antiochus is described in verses 21-35, and that the history detailed is typical of Antichrist’s future career, I have no quarrel. Yet I do contend that verses 36-45 are directly predictive of the career of Antichrist and of him alone.” (p. 164, Culver, “Daniel and the Latter Days”)
Culver (Theologian of the Evangelical Free Church) commences a through investigation of the exploits of Antichrist as seen in Daniel 11:36 on—listing no less than six definitive expositions of this Willful King. Highlighting his commentary are several sections which expound upon this unique figure that validates the DIFFERENCE between the Gog-Magog War (i.e., the immediate exploits of the Willful King in the Middle East) and the so-called Battle of Armageddon at the close of Daniel’s 70th Week:
From section (2), p. 165:
“The correspondence of the predictions of chapter 11 with now past history breaks down at the end of verse 35. I mean to say that if verses 36-45 were intended to refer to Antiochus, the last great Seleucid (Greek) king, then the author appears to be guilty of introducing error into the Scripture. There is nothing known in history which corresponds to the prediction of Daniel 11:36-45. Evidence of this is the utter confusion in the commentaries of those who insist that Antiochus is the chief figure down to the end of the chapter.”
Thus, Culver accentuates the personification of Antichrist as a latter day figure, juxtaposed to the mercurial prototype of Antichrist seen in Antiochus IV Epiphanes, the Greek Seleucid who attempted to Hellenize the Jews during the Maccabean Era (Daniel 11:1-35).
Culver explores this end-time’s figure extensively in section (4) pp. 165-166:
“This predictive section (i.e., Daniel 11:36-45) corresponds so precisely with other unquestionable predictions of Antichrist that the identity of the reference can hardly be doubted. Leupold, Young, and Keil of the Amillennial School as well as most of the premillennial writers agree in this. The behavior of the ‘little horn’ of chapter seven, the ‘man of sin’ of II Thessalonians and of ‘the beast’ of Revelation 13 is so strikingly similar that on this basis of correspondence alone a strong case could be built. This king not only does according to his will, but he ‘shall speak marvelous things against the God of gods’ (11:36), just as John reveals (Rev. 13:36) of ‘the beast.’ He also ‘shall magnify himself above all (11:37), just as Paul says of the man of sin (II Thess. 2:3 ff.). He meets his end at the end of ‘the indignation’ (11:36, 45) and that in an unusual manner, just as Revelation 19:20 says the ‘beast’ will come to his end. Each one of these features is found, as indicated above, also in chapter 7 (of Daniel) in relation to the ‘little horn.’”
Please do not be distracted by this rather elaborate theological contestation. It unequivocally necessitates an explanation as to Daniel’s amplification of the passages found in Ezekiel 38 and 39 (Ezekiel preceded Daniel’s exile into Babylonian captivity; and, therefore, expands upon the revelations found in his text.). Furthermore, the Willful King’s initial subjugation of both the King of the North and the King of the South demands an explanation—because its exploitive episode is of obvious magnitude (i.e., Gog-Magog!). Those who insist that the Willful King is Antiochus IV Epiphanes or another “time of the end” Seleucid monarch, confusing the antecedents of the “he” and the “him” in the text (Daniel 11:40, in particular), strain at extending the character (i.e., King of the North) throughout the entire chapter, neglecting the preponderance of evidence to the contrary.
Culver’s ultimate conclusion is noteworthy with respect to the sequence of events at the commencement and conclusion of Daniel’s 70th Week; to wit, (6):
“The conclusive and decisive evidence for an eschatological setting of the prophecy of the willful king (Dan. 11:36-45) is (as noted in passage above) the phrase at the opening of chapter 12 (of Daniel). This phrase is, ‘And at that time.’ Then follows a listing of three of the most important events of eschatology—the great tribulation of Israel, the resurrection of the dead, and the final reward of the righteous. It is unquestionably true that if the career of the willful king, and his conflicts with the king of the south and the king of the north, are at the time of these things, then he is none other than the final Antichrist.” (My emphasis.)
The point to be made here in Culver’s declarations that Daniel 11:36-45 speaks of a future Antichrist at the close of this age, is simply this:

Selecting furniture for your bedroom couldn’t be easier than when looking at contract furniture. There will be a range of furniture available to suit you, no matter what impression you wish to give with your décor.
They say you should never judge a book by it’s cover but we are all probably guilty of making assumptions about a person based on what their home looks like. The manner in which we design our rooms can and does often indicate the things we like and dislike, and also gives a certain indication of our general character. A busy working life with long days at the office may be represented with a tidy, unlived-in kind of home, whereas a family home may have a large dining table and comfy sofas located centrally in the home indicating important quality family time.
Whilst you may think you know a person and can confirm that knowledge by the décor in their home, do you know what their bedroom looks like? When visiting someone’s home we are very often invited to use their living room, kitchen or bathroom but we rarely see their bedroom. We are brought up to believe that the goings-on in a bedroom are personal or private and it is for this reason that a bedroom is seen as a private area of a home and many will go as far as keeping their bedroom door closed whilst entertaining visitors. The actions of a person in their bedroom isn’t necessarily the same as their actions in a social situation and the difference in décor in this private room can confirm this.
Many will choose to decorate their bedroom with a little more luxury, this is after all, your private space. Fluffy rugs or carpets are a common addition to rooms where there is less traffic. Soft, luxurious cushions and pillows on your bed provide comfortable support. You are unlikely to furnish your living room with these as the risk of them being over used or damaged is too high.

It is not simple to find a grant these days. School scholarships are unlike a normal student loan in that they are a grant for a college education, and, repayment isn’t required. While searching methods of funding a university degree, remember that funds are available at truly unusual sites, for example funding specially for southpaw scholars.
Southpaw Scholarships: - It may seem strange to offer a scholarship based on being left-handed, however it’s worth looking at this: Benjamin Franklin was a lefthander, so is the president of the United States, Barack Obama. Raphael, Leonardo da Vinci, Paul McCartney and Charlie Chaplin were left handed as well. Close to 11% of the population are left handed. Often considered more talented in the arts and to have a higher IQ, left-handers have often experienced discrimination. Today, lefties are no longer stigmatised or thought of as odd, as a matter of fact they may even be linked with the exceptional individuals referred to previously. There are numerous scholarships accessible specifically for southpaw scholars if you look carefully. A Beckley Scholarship for up to 1000 USD is available at Juniata College stuated in Huntington, PA. For scholars attending Juniata College and established in the late 1970’s, this college grant has assisted over 40 southpaws through college.
Some grants may have prerequisites and limitations. These can be minimum grades and monetary needs, but not always. Multiple program applications will increase the odds of graduating with a negligible level of debt. You might also consider local organisations, clubs and groups related to your hobbies. Left-handed programs are just an example; funds are accessible in other cases for example the students from military households or if you have a disability.
Many students need to spend a little your time looking for funding, but the reward may potentially be huge. Any debt generated by a university degree may be decreased via these funds utilized in conjunction normal lending. Ensure you research each eligible source of funding. Be aware there are different options besides left-handed scholarships — think about all the options you can think of and use every accessible resource. Go for everything you might possibly qualify for, you may keep your academic costs minimal, and you’ll be looking at a better career future when you graduate.
The great news is that at my Friday evening weigh-in I have lost 3 pounds (1.35 kilos) and that puts me 50% ahead of my target of losing 1 pound each week. My waist belt is feeling more comfortable as the new ‘one notch tighter’ position that was achieved last week so I am certainly achieving the major goal of measuring less.
The other thing that I’ve discovered is that my exercise sessions are now running for fifteen minutes three times each week rather than the originally recommended ten minute session. This is not due to me pushing harder, it is simply because my body seems to want to take more exercise. I think this extra exercise is a major reason why my weight loss is running ahead of schedule. Exercise should never be forced because some people have health problems that prevent them doing too much. You must discuss any new exercise regime with your doctor before getting involved; that’s just common sense.
It is at this stage of a weight loss program that many people become complacent and for this reason it is a good time to repeat the of the basics of the program. On the day before I started I set the following four goals:
- Each day I will nominate one item of food that will not be eaten that day.
- I will exercise three times each week for a minimum of ten minutes.
- Each day I will incorporate extra activities in my normal routine that will help improve fitness level.
- I will lose one pound (450 grams) each week.
The philosophy behind those four goals is:
- There is no point in nominating dairy products as the food you will avoid on a given day if you don’t consume dairy products, or your consumption is small. It is better to nominate something that you eat regularly. If you nominate potatoes for today then leave a space on your plate where potato would normally be served. This is what abstaining from one food item each day means.
- I exercise Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This is a formal exercise session for a minimum of ten minutes. The target is to raise your pulse rate by 50%.
- Increasing physical activity incorporates using stairs rather than the elevator, parking at the point furthest from the supermarket entrance, constantly asking whether you really need to use the car each time you plan to go out. This is an extension of your formal exercise program and must be used every day.
- Three thousand five hundred calories are equal to one pound (450 grams) of body weight. To lose one pound each week you must use 500 calories less each day. An adult body requires two thousand calories each day to function properly. In the western world the average adult consumes three thousand five hundred calories each day. It isn’t difficult to shed a simple five hundred calories each day. This done by a mixture of healthier eating habits and increased exercise levels. There is nothing more to losing weight.
